Confused & preg

I’m pregnant it’s still early but I knew I was before the test said positive anyway my s/o said he doesn’t want any more kids but he’s also said how I needed a daughter but then said me getting pregnant would send him into depression he’s also asked me if I wanted another and I said yes these are things he’s said/asked on different days we have 2 kids together twins I’ve never had an abortion before I cant even think to have one am I wrong to hide it from him we don’t live together but he’s always talking about how he has no problem laying down in the bed he made so why be mad if im pregnant he’s wishy washy and I did say I wanted another kid so he knew that I just didn’t think it would happen this soon
