Don’t know what to do

My husband I tried to reconcile and save our marriage after a month of living apart separated. Come to find out he’s been giving a female co worker rides to work and last week he was in a car accident. She was with him. He never told me she was with him and that he had become so close with this girl that she gets rides from him and I’m sure other things too. he was in a very bad wreck with her too apparently …both are ok I guess it’s just my first time knowing of this and that he made a new friend while we were apart. Idk if they have had sexual contact or any emotional connection. He has cheated on me in the past with a female co worker. It’s almost impossible for him to just go to work without becoming “close “ with a female co worker. He lied about it all and was more upset I went through his phone after she called him at 7 in the morning. I feel like I’m getting played in my face
