Am I the arsehole

Husband complains I moan all the time. Tells me I sound like his mum how he hates it etc.

Usual stuff…. Me asking he pick up his dirty clothes of the floor (he will keeping adding dirty clothes on the bedroom floor- makes the room stink) I use to pick them up wash them but he complained I didn’t do it properly so I’ve refused to wash his clothes since!

This clothes pile gets big it’s disgusting and literally no need for it.

Many other things similar which I’ve basically been trained to shut up and put up with.

Anyhow in order for me to try keep the bed room clean (I hate clutter and mess) I’ve been picking up his dirty clothes and shoving them back into his chest of drawers (with the clean clothes). I’ve been able to hoover carpet properly and room looks reasonable now also the dirty git hasn’t mentioned or even noticed (how grim is that)

Anyhow I recently noticed that he has been putting some of his dirty clothes in the wash basket(where I’ve been asking for 7years for him to put them)

I jokingly mentioned how me shoving his shitty pants back in his drawer must be working!

He just went nutty at me.
