A guy likes me when I have a boyfriend

I started going to a line dancing club and I can tell this guy at the club really likes me. I really like going dancing but it makes me feel awkward as he really likes me but I have a boyfriend. He is not English and has broken English. I am not sure if he understands that I have a boyfriend and I'm not sure what to do. What do you suggest?

He is a handyman and I'm currently renovating my house. I went with my mother in law to the dance and she thought it would be a good idea to text him to see if he could come to do some work on my house. Though, I realised that the guy thought he was texting me. I'm not sure whether it's the best idea for him to come and do some work on my house, though he may do the work for a good price. What do you think?

He is a really nice guy and for some reason it felt nice that he liked me so much. I did tell my boyfriend about him, though I do feel guilty that I keep thinking about him. Why can't I stop thinking about him?
