Blood pressure is high

I’ve posted before about my bp being high. But I’m home with my two y.o and no car. My bp is extremely high again and I don’t know what to do. My daughter will be getting off the bus in 2 hours so I don’t want to call the ambulance. I don’t have anyone to wait here with her. My chest has been hurting today so I’m really worried. Idk what to do…

ETA: one arm was showing 190/123. The other arm was giving error. I waited a few minutes and checked again. The arm that was showing 190 said it dropped down to 142/120. The other arm that was showing error was saying it was 197/123. I feel nauseated and have a headache and I’m more swollen than usual. That’s what made me check my bp

Another edit: I’m trying to get my SO to come home from work so he can take me. I didn’t want to say anything cause I knew he wouldn’t take it serious. I saw a doctor yesterday to get a referral sent out. My bp was 205/130 yesterday but they didn’t send me to er because it was coming down and I didn’t have symptoms. But it’s going up today.

Update. I didn’t go. I tried calling my mom to have her come to my house for my kids but she didn’t answer. Boyfriend got home from work but my bp was around 144/120 and he said he didn’t see the point in me going. I’m tired of explaining to him.. but anyway my bp has been around 130/120 but I’m still feeling symptoms. Boyfriend has been drinking so I know if I decide to still go in he will say he won’t take me (but he has no problem going for joy rides while drinking) I feel alone.. I can’t depend on anyone when I really need someone. I’m going tomorrow morning though.

Another update. I actually came in. My bp was 214/130 when I left home. It’s 232/137 currently in the er. Boyfriend stayed home and he’s irritated with me.

Another update if anyone is curious. I’ve been in the ER since 10pm last night. It’s currently 8 am. They’re keeping me because they said something is wrong with my heart and they suspect heart failure. Im currently waiting on a room. As for the boyfriend… I know 😒

Update again: thank you all so much for the kind words. I really appreciate it! They ran a lot of tests and said everything looks good so they don’t understand what’s causing high blood pressure. They told me I don’t have heart failure. Thank the universe but one doctor told me she thinks I have protein in my urine and wanted me to collect it for 24 hours. I then had a different doctor come in and told me to see a cardiologist and discharged me. I asked about the protein and where to take the pee and i was told not to worry about it.. so I’m very confused on why the first doctor was concerned of heart failure and why the other doctor was concerned for high protein. I’m going to get a second opinion about my heart and see my primary care doctor about the protein. My bp is fine since leaving the hospital but I’m worried about tomorrow since I haven’t been able to pick the prescriptions up. And can’t pick them up until Monday. But I’m still having chest pain and a really bad headache. I’m sorry I’ve updated so many times but I really appreciate everyone whom commented!
