Anyone else experience this?

Sunday I went to the ER for bleeding. At the time, my hcg levels were 26. Went back yesterday and they only went up to 31. I go back tomorrow for more blood work to check them again. 
Could this mean something bad? I really don’t wanna think negatively about it, but I am worried. Can’t lift over 20 pounds right now, and the spotting/bleeding has stopped. Took another test today(well 3) and they were all still positive. I have pcos, so maybe that’s a factor, but I’m not sure.

I went back this morning, and the numbers are still rising. Not like they should be, but the doctor said this happens sometimes early in the pregnancy. He said to treat this as a normal pregnancy unless I have severe bleeding or pain. He assured me that his wife had the same problem early in her pregnancy and everything turned out fine. I have an appointment with my OB in about 3 weeks, but he referred me to someone else in case I have concerns between now and then. Since I’m not having any signs or symptoms of anything wrong(severe bleeding/cramping, passing clots), he said just go on as normal and if anything does go wrong severely, to go back to the ER. I’m still light duty at work, and not allowed to lift more than 20 pounds, but we will progress and see what happens from this point on. Husband and I are hoping and praying for a good outcome. This will be his first and my second. All we’ve wanted and tried for 2 years.

Unfortunately that rise in 48hrs isn’t promising. Sounds like a chemical. Call your OB. 
I didn’t get a negative test until a week after bleeding stopped.
