Possibly pregnant

Okay so I just had my son in January and my husband and I had sex the 13 of March and he came in me but didn’t mean to. I’ve been experiencing milky discharge, headaches, dizziness, some slight cramping and nausea but I honestly don’t remember how I felt with my son! I took a test and it was negative but I’m supposed to get my period on the first should I retest next week if I don’t get my period?

Update: I forgot to mention it took a while for me to test positive with my son I went in the day after my period was due and my hcg was barely 26 and then tripled a few days later but the first test I took was so faint it was barely visible so I’m not sure if I should retest after I miss it
