Is 9 too young?

So my daughter is 9 years old, to the end of last year to the start of this year my daughter got breasts and hit puberty so we had the chat, she’s now started her periods her first was January the second was a couple of weeks ago (me And my daughter have the same cycle) well when my mom knew she was on her first period (she was staying there for the night so I told my mom just incase she needed help) she goes oh that’s young since I was 12 when I started, also my daughter tell people she has no filter 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 I’ve had quite a few people tell me that’s so young, is 9 really that young of an age to start? Just light hearted post wondering what age did everyone start? I never really thought about this stuff till everyone kept saying how young my daughter was starting at 9.
