Rash 7 days into antibiotic treatment

My daughter (12m) has been taking amoxicillin for an ear infection. Today is day 8 of 10. But she woke up with this full body rash. It’s on her stomach, legs, neck and face. I don’t know if it’s a reaction to the antibiotic or something else. She didn’t try new foods yesterday, and we didn’t use any new creams etc.

On top of the ear infection, she has had a nasty cough, snotty nose, got her 12 month vaccines last week, and cut 2 molars over the weekend.

She never had a fever (unless it spiked it the middle of the night and I don’t know about it). So i don’t think it’s a fever rash.

I just don’t know if I should take her to a doc about it? My mommy heart says yes, but other parts of me say no?
