Nipple soreness

My nipples have been tender only to the touch for 8 days… and I’m 3ish days away from my period.

My pms symptoms are always different and sometimes I don’t even get any(which has been the most common the last few months)

Idk I just think it’s really odd that they’ve been tender for 8 days, and they don’t even hurt a lot it’s really only when they’re touched.

I have major health anxiety and for some reason my brain always seems to pick the worst thing and run with it 😭
