Miscarriage support

I found out last week i was pregnant after my 15 months of TTC from my last miscarriage, I went to the ER for bleeding and passed one clot - My HCg was

10 Miu , Did an ultrasound doctors saids is to early to determine weather it was a miscarriage or early pregnancy and could be having some bleeding

They asked to return 3 days to repeat HCG , Has anyone else had 10-Miu HCG and have went on to successfully carry there pregnancy ?

I had two periods in february so doctors aren’t sure when exactly I got pregnant
