Moderation is Key!

I eat pizza and cupcakes (about once per week). I drink alcohol but not much. I’m too old for hangovers. I try to workout for 30 mins most days. I bike or walk whenever possible (very rarely drive a car). When I go to the gym, I don’t stay for more than an hour (door-to-door). I have three kids! I don’t get a lot of time to myself. Make the right decision 75% of the time and fitness has a way of just happening. Small decisions add up over time. I’m still learning and getting my fitness back. It’s never too late!
