How can i help my toddler ?

My son is 4 and he is the really sweet and outgoing which im happy about , the only problem is that he doesnt know how to play gently. He wont hurt thank god but still it doesnt seem gentle enough also.

He sometimes can push or play rough with children and me also. He lies on top of other children and that child so naturally can feel suffocated at times. I dont want him to play rough and dont know what to do. I try to tell him play gently and be gentle. And i also tell him no pushing and etc but it doesnt seem to work.
