Does this mean he isn't ambitious?

Im an extremely ambitious person. I have always had this thought process that I want to concur the world and work up in the world. I'm currently working on my Masters. I've went on a few dates with this guy and idk if he isn't ambitious or if I'm being judgemental. I know he's also in college but he said his only dream is to honestly be a librarian... I asked why and he said he likes books and working in a library is something he's wanted since he was 13. He doesn't want to be a millionaire. He just wants to live a quiet little life. I feel like everyone would rather be rich. If someone had the choice to be rich they would choose to be rich. I think it's weird all he wants in life is to be a librarian and not strive to something higher.
