What’s next?

I am so nervous. 1st and 2nd are two days before missed period. I was shocked to see this. I miscarried very early on (like 11 weeks) back in 2018 and have been trying for 3 years. I didn’t think this would happen. I have type one diabetes, newly diagnosed with lupus and am in aw… I am 5 weeks now.

The second line appeared before the control like and I’m speechless. What should I do? What’s next? When did everyone’s symptoms begin because my luckily aren’t bad.
