When to log sex when late night

when tracking ovulation...vand you have sex at midnight between 12a-1a, which day do you log it for, the day right before 12a. Or the day it is after 12am

That always confused me

So like it was Friday night when we laid down and we finished, having sex at 12:20am,... Which is technically Saturday morning

So should I log it as Friday or Saturday

I feel like I should for Friday #1 because we started between 11p- before 12a, but also because it just became Saturday so don't really feel like Saturday

Normally I will log a time like this as Friday. But I always wondered if that's right so wanted to see what others do. Online says this . . Pic attached
