Early pregnancy symptoms

Hiya,

This sound so silly but would reassure me, I’m on my second pregnancy - have no symptoms apart from fatigue. But no boob soreness at all, I’m very early btw 4-5 weeks. But just wondered if you have also had similar like no boob soreness? but has been a healthy pregnancy?

- I had it a lot in my first pregnancy - unfortunately miscarried

& second pregnancy -

This is now my 3rd pregnancy & think I just worry.
