Breakthrough bleeding or withdrawal bleeding
I recently stopped my birth control pill 3 days ago because I had breakthrough bleeding for 4 months straight. Now, I’m bleeding which can be compared to a light period accompanied by cramps. Normally my period is very heavy! Could this be my period or my body ridding itself of the effects of the birth control pill?
