Need help

I have Ben having bleeding like this for 8 days now on the 4th day it was slightly heavier but never needed to wear a pad only a liner and I was fine I only pretty much noticed it when I wiped had no physical symptoms till today lower back pain and vaginal bleeding I have never experienced this and I have no idea what to think I’ve been feeling g very tired and irritable lately I’ve taken a pregnancy test but may be to early but even not I have no idea what this could be my periods are irregular my last period was on April 13
