Sex question

Hi I’m 29 years old and I haven’t been feeling very confident lately and going through a bit of depression so me and husband haven’t had sex in about a month. We have been going at it 2 times a day for the past 3 days now. Every time I go freshen up after I notice very very small amount of blood just when I wipe around my vaginal opening and a lot of soreness. TMI but I’ve never had an issue being dry and I was not dry. Is this pretty normal after some time of no penetration? Or should I be concerned?
