Naps?

My baby is two months old and we still struggle a lot with naps during the day. How long before you could establish a routine ?

It hard to develop much of a predictable routine before around 4 months, but you can use age-appropriate estimated wake windows to know roughly when baby should probably be ready to nap. You can try to get baby into an eat-play-sleep routine, but naps are so unpredictable in length during the newborn stage it’s all about doing what works and going with the flow.

I’d say just after 4m we were able to get a good routine down. After 6m it became closer to a schedule.
