Sleep training tips and picky eater resources
My 16 month old is waking up for two to three hours around the same time every night. I’ve tried the crib and a toddler bed and no luck at all. Any sleep training resources or tips?
He has also become a very picky eater and seems to dislike the texture of meats… since he refuse to eat much it’s forcing me to keep him on the bottle longer. Any tips or resources? I’m a first time mom and really struggling with these milestones. :(
