Has this happened to anyone ?

So I was a a bar and I hear my name. I turn and I see it was my ex. He was my first love my first time. Is been 12 years since we met . I completely loss touch with him but never forgot him he would always be on my mind heart and there . We would always talk even when we were not together the last time was 3 years ago. I have no idea how we just talked for hours like nothing. Ugh he’s my the one that got away he was the perfect guy and my idiot self let him go because I had so much pride when I fucked up. Now idk to reach out or just let it go.
