Please help waiting for result

I was told this was genital herpes but it does look like the ones I’ve seen before and I don’t experience a great deal a pain it just stings when I am trying to wash and itchy cause I just shaved and the hair is growing back . I forgot to mention to provider I did forgot I used a boric acid the same day I had protected sex while also possibly having a open cut from shaving on August 25 and started feeling the itchy on Aug 28 also feel it got a little inflamed for me scratching at it please help can it look like this it was never a blister or a bump to burst
