COVID in baby

So my 10 month old got COVID while at his dad's house (we switch weeks). I made my ex keep our son for another week after he tested positive because I have a 3 and 8 year old I can't risk getting sick. I got him back today and it's been 7 days (he's still testing positive as well) well my baby has a stuffy nose and is quite congested.. You can tell in his eyes he's not feeling good at all. Is there anything I can do to help him feel better and improve his symptoms? I have had COVID a couple years ago but mine were mostly digestive (aside from the body aches) and I didn't get any cold or flu-like symptoms.

Also he does not have a fever. Just a stuffy nose and congestion.
