I am 25 and want to get married.

How do I fill out this section?

Do I have to be incarcerated to be absent to have my S/O apply for me?

I am a mom of two I have no physical ride to the office to apply myself. Me and my S/O both don’t have rides but he can walk there himself no problem. He’s willing to do that.. but, just wondering how I should word things.. do I just say no ride to be present?

what do I put? Is that a section I fill out? Or someone else like the notarize person?

I’m sorry I am posting this I am just very new at signing documents like this and I don’t want to screw up anything.

I don’t have $ for an Uber.

Let alone anything really.. My kids dad buys everything they need for them and I stay with family currently since the split.

My family cannot watch kids on my behalf because of work & their dad is not going to watch the kiddos because he doesn’t like the fact I moved on after 2 years of being split up.

The car seats are in his car also.. for appointments and therapies. (Two Autistic Kids) so kinda hard to leave kids with just anyone.
