Needy baby! Need help

I have a 8 month old. Sweet as can be. She is really happy and usually pretty easy. I also have a husband that is in a power wheelchair. He helps as much as he can, but he has ALS and is limited. So, I am basically a single mom, work from home and watch her as well. She is having horrible separation anxiety from me when family she knows comes around and they try to hold her now. Even when I am in the same room. She sees them constantly. Please help, I want my family to bond with her. Any help is GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED!
