Stool problem for newborn

I delivered a baby boy from less than a month... But he cannot make stool at all only if we made enema and it happened once with it after 4 days without making it... We tried another time after 3 days but he didnt make stool with the enema and without..

The doctors said to make the enem every 3 daus and this is normal.. But we really see that its not normal at all...

Anyone had the same problem with their babies please share it to know ur experience and have knowledge about it
