My husband's evaluation came back and I'm not sure what this means moving forward

My husband finally agreed to go to therapy and he recently had a psyche evaluation and holy shit. He came back diagnosed with a lot of stuff. Honestly everything he's diagnosed with makes sense, but fuck. Even my husband was overwhelmed. He got diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, major depression disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, autism spectrum disorder, attention hyperactive deficit disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, and borderline personality disorder. He was in the evaluation for 6 hours. I'm happy we finally understand him and what's going on with him. I guess I just don't know what happens next.

Edit: No. His evaluation came back and it says flat out "Diagnosis" and listed them all. My sister has been evaluated for autism and it definitely didn't take 6 months. It also went into detail of his behavior and the testing of how they came to terms with each diagnosis.

@Niki these are his diagnosis. He did the intake which is getting all the background information. Then did the evaluation and he finally had the meeting today of his diagnosis. I think I worded things weirdly. Sorry. How they do things where he went is they have an intake then 3 weeks later they have the evaluation. Then another 4 weeks we have the results. I just realized how I worded things in the beginning and I worded it weird. I didn't mean he came back from the evaluation diagnosed with everything. He came back from his last meeting which is the results meeting. Sorry for the confusion.
