Advice!

First, I apologize if I’m in the wrong group as I’m new but open to any advice/opinions on this situation.

So I know none of you are doctors, but for a year straight my gf and I (same sex relationship) went with a local sperm donor to get pregnant. We were desperate. We required that he get recent std testing results he couldn’t do that bc he was too “busy”. We went with him each month we did natural (sex) and each month I’d get a yeast infection or cervicitis or some sort of itching and discomfort right after that. We did every month around ovulation but I could never get pregnant by him. I’ve been pregnant before but had a termination years ago so I know I can get pregnant.

But I’m wondering if it could be because he has infections as to why his sperm was unable to get me pregnant? I know I ovulate every month bc I temp and test and my egg comes out. Just not sure why I couldn’t get pregnant. Could it most likely be bc of him?

We no longer use him and yes I was cleared for all stds. I have a very regular cycle, no pain between periods or bleeding.
