Can anyone else relate ??

Can anyone else relate to this?

My last couple of jobs I always felt like supervisors / managers were bullies. Sometimes I felt like a victim to it and sometimes I saw it happen to other employees.

But I have NEVER felt comfortable or safe enough to talk to the manager or HR or anyone about it because the people that “bully” always seem to be close to the big bosses so they never get in trouble.

Am I the only one that has dealt with this ???
