anyone gotten pregnant from missing mini pill desogestrel

Please share. I’ve missed a fair few this month mostly scattered but twice 2 in a row. I’ve had the month from absolutely hell and my head has been in tatters. Confused and dazed most of the time. I had to have a medical abortion about 5 weeks ago due to a silent miscarriage. Agreed to go on the mini pill purely to give myself time but I’ve not had a period since August and absolutely no idea what my cycle would be now. I definitely had unprotected sex in days that I’d missed the pill. To add I’ve had some very minimal spotting the last couple of days (only when wiping). I’m after Any input, good or bad please.
