What is this discharge?

So for the past couple of days I’ve had one instance of this discharge each day. It comes out in like a big ball when I wipe and is thick and sticky but not stringy. It looks like it has a yellow tint to it but it’s actually more clear. I don’t have consistent discharge or anything else out of the ordinary.

I was diagnosed with a yeast infection back in September and have since had 2 doses of diflucan. I’d never had a yeast infection before and didn’t have any of the typical yeast infection symptoms, not even the typical discharge, and only had more uti like symptoms but the UA was negative and the yeast swab was positive.

I have an iud that was inserted about 2 years ago.

I only have one sexual partner but google has me thinking this some kind of sti discharge but I’ve never had an sti before and don’t have any of the other symptoms like burning or itching.

I only have a slight pressure like uti urgency and some decreased urine output which is why I thought I had a uti and went to be tested when they found the yeast infection.

Any thoughts? I’m kind of freaking out because idk if this is normal and not sure what to do next 😭
