HCG levels

I went to get labs drawn on Thursday, 12/4, and my HCG was at 26.6 at 10 dpo. I then went and got labs drawn again today, 12/6, and my HCG is at 124.4 at 12 dpo. Is this okay/normal within a 48 hour span or can your HCGs rise too much which can be of concern?
