Possible early labor signs 🧐🤷🏻‍♀️

First pic is recently second picture is from 2 weeks ago I think I’ve dropped and lost weight I constantly feel a lil wet down there but not sure if it’s cuz my waters broke or not I’ve never had it break on it’s own so I’m not sure. I’ve been having contractions but not sure if it’s serious cuz I’ve gone into labor and not know before. I feel pressure throughout the day and I just feel off but I don’t want to make it a habit calling the midwive for everything small… just looking for opinions could it be early labor or something else!?!
