Help! What is this on my lip?

Ive had this for about 2 weeks, it’s not fluid filled and it’s not anywhere else on my lips. The area does feel different than the rest of the lip. It bothers me to see it.

Please do not say herpes don’t believe it’s that and haven’t been sharing things with others. I first believed it to be bad circulation but am unsure.

Any thoughts of what this could be are welcomed (even if you believe it to be herpes) thanks
