Clomid and Provera help!

To give some background. I always have irregular cycles... Like 5-6 months without a period. After thanksgiving I was prescribed Provera to start my period and once my cycle started I took Clomid days 5-9. Current day, im currently on cycle day 35... Will I have to take Provera again to start my next cycle or should it start on its own?? Also I ovulated around December 22-25... My question is has anyone had bad backaches, pelvic pains or cramps after ovulating on Clomid? Since I ovulated so late do when do I take a home pregnancy test? Also did anyone get these horrible headaches after Clomid??
