Clomid 50mg

Dec 21-25 was my first cycle on clomid. I'm now 7dpo and have been feeling a couple symptoms. Mainly bbt being elevated, sore breasts, dull cramps & bloating. Anybody have this? Is it from the medicine or could I be pregnant? Thanks for any response.
