Did my mom SA me

The best word to describe me and my mother's relationship is complicated. But there's something she used to do that I'm wondering if it was sexual abuse because it does still cause me trauma. So I was breastfed until 7. My mom did extended breastfeeding. But from 5-7 whenever my mom would have me feed off of her she would touch herself and masturbate while I fed off of her. She never actually touched me so idk if it's fair to say she sexually abused me but I know I have trauma from her doing that. Was I sexually abused or am I being dramatic because every time I bring it up she says I'm being dramatic.
