Frustrated AF

This piece of crap makes my life so hard man. I need an address for him to file for child support or else it takes months to track him down from what domestic relations told me and he gonna tell me he homeless 😐 but wants 50 50 custody. I can’t get a job till kids can go to daycare but I owe the daycare money and he keeps lying about paying for it. I’m just stuck. I’m so frustrated.
