Recurrent UTI after tubal ligation

Has anyone else ever experienced a recurrent uti after tubal ligation? I had my tubes tied during my last c section and I’ve been dealing with this issue for over 4 years now, every 2-3 months I have another uti.

I’ve been to doctors and during pelvic exams they say my bladder feels close to my uterus? But I’m never given a solution or answer.

It’s exhausting and I just want it to stop.
