UTI or possibly vaginitis

I have a doc appointment scheduled already and they did tell me some things that can help until I’m seen, I have never had BV/ uti nothing, well a few days ago after my husband and I had sex, I have been so dry and itching like HORRIBLE. It does not burn or hurt but it’s so itchy, I have been showering and changing underwear everyday cause I thought that was the problem. Does anyone have any other suggestions for relief? I’m getting cranberry juice, plenty of water, hydrocortisone cream. Also, I am not having any discharge or smell, just cloudy urine and itching
