Do you ask for STD results and if they don’t have them- do you still link up with them?

I’m “new” to the hook up/dating scene again, and I’m so anal about STDs and such, I have my results and get tested often despite me not being sexually active.

However when I’m asking these guys for STD results, many don’t have them?

I would never hook up with someone without seeing std results, even with a condom. You can still get some stds like herpes and hpv with a condom. If someone won’t get tested that’s a red flag and if you don’t see results it should be a fat no.

Its not too weird that they dont have their own results. Many dont get tested until they have an actual reason to; i.e finding out a previous partner had something. If they refuse to get tested or refuse to show results then that is a major red flag and strongly hints that they may have something they dont want you to know about. If youre that worried about catching something then never, under any circumstances, have sex with anyone that does not show you legit std results.
