Help me!!

Hey guys ! So I (20) went to Walmart with my older brother (24) he purchased alcohol and some pre made Jell-O shots.. .. I am not consuming any of it but the Walmart employee at self checkout kept looking at me like she wanted to say something? Can she get me in trouble for being with him while he was purchasing it? I just really do not want to get in any kind of trouble

I literally had a Diet Coke and chips in my hand when we checked out .

Can I get in any trouble ?
