How to get my toddlers to sleep in their own beds?

I have a two & three year old & I’m currently expecting a baby in August so in the next couple of months before baby #3 arrives I need my older two in their own beds. We have a bedtime routine and they do go to bed easily and on schedule every night but only when in the bed with me but I really can’t imagine having all three kids in the room with me any help/tips is appreciated!

Yes, I have a 2.5 & 3.5 year olds and they have been in their room for a year now it was hard due to loosing sleep because they were so used to sleeping with me and dad but it started getting uncomfortable for us even with a king bed. I just started having them go to sleep in their own beds in their room, we would perform our nightly routine then, read a book and a few minutes later they would drift off to sleep I explained that this is where you guys have to sleep now they would cry for the first week but now they know where to go they still want to sleep in my bed but they know they can’t it’ll take at least a month for them to get used to it I’m glad I started early. But you have to be consistent
