Chorionic hematoma or twins?

So I am currently on progesterone and the fertility clinic said they may see a Chorionic hematoma at my first scan, and not to be alarmed, these are usually normal and will go away on its own. NOW, this ultrasound tech told me today she thinks she sees two babies. That from one angle it looks like there could be 2, from the other angle she can only see one. My question is, can she be mistaking the hematoma as another sac/baby? Has anyone experienced something like this before ?
