Nervous about proposal

My bf and I are going on a tropical vacation. I don’t have much requirements but all I want is to be prosed to when I’m dressed up (I even bought two gorgeous gowns just in case) and in private. I know it’s coming soon and that’s all I want. I’m nervous bc we are going on a tour to a huge mountain with a tour group and we have to wear these really ugly orange jackets. He keeps saying to wear nice pants underneath but I’m just bringing sweatpants. I just am freaking out that he’s gonna do it there. I don’t want it to happen in front of people like that or in that attire. I’m just scared that he didn’t listen to my requests. I want this to be how I’ve always dreamed of it. Should I just relax? I’m having a panic attack.
