Possibly already ovulated?

March 5 my hcg was 8 and I was informed I was probably miscarrying. March 7 I was heavy bleeding and was only 3.2 and ultrasound showed no baby. The night of March 8 was the end of the bleed. I didn’t start testing ovulation until yesterday and it was only .66 today was .38 but tested in the evening also to see if maybe by chance I wasn’t in a surge. This is my very first time using opk’s. This evening it was .2. I had EWCM about 2 days ago and I don’t track bbt. So I’m just wondering if you guys think if I already ovulated or if I’m out this month? I have had waves of nausea the past 4 days with some light cramping today. Projected period is April 4.
