IUD & bleeding

I got my IUD 23 days ago to be exact 😅

I just stopped bleeding 3 days ago, but I bleed when I have sex. I’ll go 2 days without sex, no bleeding, but when I have sex I bleed. There’s always blood under me. It’ll be like a dark red/brown colour. But I don’t continue to bleed after sex. Is this normal?

There is some discomfort for me when he goes deep, we use condoms (cuz I don’t want him to get bloody 🤣)
