Husband put dirty dishes in the cabinet

I'm a little irritated right now. Last night I loaded the dish washer but forgot to start it so I asked my husband to start it. Instead he just took the dirty dishes out and put them back in the cabinet. I'm really annoyed because he's been doing things like this all week and I'm wondering if it's because he had a concussion. He fell off a ladder over a week ago and hit his head. He's been refusing to go to the doctor because has a phobia of doctors because of trauma he experienced as a child and he doesn't want the medical bill. But I'm feeling like he really needs to because he's been doing odd shit like this all week.
